standard shipping method is surface delivery. Customers living in the
U.S. and U.S. territories should receive their orders within 2 to 7

Exchanges and Returns:
Customer satisfaction is our number one concern. We will do our very best to satisfy each and every customer to the best of our ability each and every time. Refunds for items returned within thirty days will be credited to your credit card. Due to the fact that our company ships all products for FREE all returns (other than exchanges) are subject to 15% (our original shipping costs) to be deducted from the full amount originally paid. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return. It may take one to two billing cycles for the appropriate refund to appear on your credit card statement. Defective merchandise after the 30-day period is under warranty by the importer, and we encourage you to please read the warranty information stated in our return policy. If you should receive any item that is "defective on arrival", please contact us immediately so we can either exchange the item, or supply you with any parts or items that are damaged, missing, needed, or for (the appropriate) refund if you chose to do so.

Shipping charges on returns or exchanges:
Returns If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning it to us in the original package (please refer our detailed return policy).
Exchanges If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the costs of returning it to us. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or lesser value is free of charge; however, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of additional items and shipping charges.
