Our 24" exercise mats are made from a sturdy, scratch resistant foam. The 2x2 Foam Mats are $6.25/mat (4 sq. ft.- $1.56/Sq.ft delivered) each tile size is the equivalent of 4 one foot tiles. You will find these mats to be very strong and durable. They provide the support and/or height needed to do poses safely and effectively. These mats may be used anywhere indoors, and can be used outdoors in shaded or partly sunny areas on a solid subsurface. Water will not harm them, but exposure to direct sunlight will cause certain colors to fade and shorten their useful life

These high quality mats are 1/2 of an inche thick NOT A 1/4 OF AN INCH.

You get four blockes: Red, Blue, Yellow and Green

Each mat measures at 24" X 24" inches (2' X 2' feet)
